As a Founders Associate, you’ll work directly with our leadership team, driving key projects that fuel our growth and shape the future of our company. This is your chance to learn what it takes to build and scale a business while making a tangible impact every day.

Tasks

Position Our Product: Define and refine how we position DecisionAI in the market, ensuring it resonates with both enterprise clients and SMEs.
Identify and Engage Clients: Pinpoint potential customers across industries, understand their needs, and develop strategies to drive adoption.
Drive First Projects: Support and execute initial projects with early clients, ensuring smooth implementation and measurable success.
Craft Compelling Communication: Help shape the narrative around DecisionAI, making it crystal clear to the world why our product is as groundbreaking as it is.
Support Investor Relations: Assist in crafting updates, pitch decks, and communications that showcase our vision and progress.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, tech, or a related field.
A hands-on mentality with the flexibility to tackle diverse tasks.
Experience working in fast-paced environments, ideally in a startup, consulting, or venture capital context.
Passion for working in a dynamic startup environment and pushing boundaries.
A team player who’s ready to take responsibility and help others succeed.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Fluency in English and German.
(Bonus) Experience with Figma, Webflow, or other tools.
(Bonus) Familiarity with the startup ecosystem.

Aufgaben

Identifizierung, Bewertung und Verfolgung von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Partnerschaften
Durchführung von Marktforschung über potenzielle Partner, Kunden und Wettbewerber
Erstellung überzeugender Präsentationen und Marketingmaterialien für unsere Kunden
Bereitstellung von Schlüsselinformationen und Fortschrittskennzahlen für die wichtigsten Interessengruppen
Unterstützung der täglichen Arbeit

Ihr Profil

Du befindest dich derzeit in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang in einem wirtschaftlichen oder technischen Bereich
Du bringst eine "Hands-on"-Mentalität mit und zeigst Flexibilität bei der Übernahme unterschiedlicher Aufgaben.
Du bist bereit, in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld über dich hinauszuwachsen und neue Herausforderungen anzunehmen.
Teamfähigkeit ist für dich kein Fremdwort. Du bist bereit, einen Schritt weiter zu gehen und deinen Kollegen bei Bedarf zu helfen.
Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint.
Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind sehr gut.
Vorteilhaft sind Erfahrungen oder Kenntnisse in der Start-up-Branche.
